We are always looking for curious, motivated people who want to build robots that make a real difference in healthcare, mobility, and human–machine interaction.
Pursue graduate research in robotics, haptics, soft robotics, or medical devices through KUAS's Faculty of Engineering graduate programs.
Short- and longer-term internships for students wanting hands-on experience in design, prototyping, and experiments.
KUAS engineering undergraduates can undertake cornerstone projects, often leading to conference publications.
A strong interest in robotics and a willingness to learn by building. Useful (but not required) backgrounds include mechanical/electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, or biomedical engineering, plus skills in CAD, programming (Python/C++), embedded systems, or 3D printing. Most of all, we value initiative, rigor, and teamwork.
Email Dr. Nisar with a short message describing your interests, along with your CV, academic transcript, and a brief statement of research interests. If your background fits an ongoing project, we'll arrange a conversation. Prospective international graduate students should also review the KUAS graduate admissions pages.
